Chapter 10 Presentation by Viena Zamora

I had a presentation on chapter 10 with my group my assigned subject was "Analyze the Problem" and "Determine Criteria for Judging Solutions". These two subjects were focused on the steps the problem analysis and judging solution.

The subject first, I was talking about how to analyze the problem. This process with each member shares their knowledge of the problem. Then, the group determines additional questions that need to be answered and investigated.  Also, some members may be assigned to conduct library or online research about the problem, others may interview experts, and you can carry out surveys to gather enough information. However, group members should help the group answer the key questions about the problem.

I continue with my presentation about the second subject "Determine criteria for Judging Solutions".

I began with What is criteria? Criteria are the ideals or requirements on which a judgment, evaluation, or selection is based. For example, an applicant for a job maybe evaluates based on several criteria, including their education, experience, and references.

Moreover, we must begin by understanding what culture is, then identifying how cultures differ from another, ad finally realizing how those differences influence communication. Well, we knowledge that the United States is a multicultural society, in which people from all countries and continents live here.

Group the presentation 9 subject was " Communicating in Groups". This group took the different groups that we relations day a day.  Each group has a different purpose, and one thing all groups have in common is that depends on communication. There are different types of groups, as well as some of the communication challenges we often face when interacting in each of them.

We can to interact with different groups, such as family groups, social groups, support groups, workgroups and teams, and virtual groups. However, there are bad groups and other healthy ones. For example, social groups damage your person over time, because people do not care to do whatever it takes to earn more likes, they become ill.
